ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS and are subject to both 5% Provincial Sales Tax and 6% Goods & Service Tax.
We may also require a security deposit upon arrival if considered necessary.
$100.00 Cad (Non-refundable) booking deposit required at time of booking to secure your booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before rental date. If balance of payment is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled by the owner.
Please provide correct guest numbers and ages at time of booking to avoid any embarrassment on arrival, we reserve the right to request proof of age.
Check in time: 5pm and Check Out time: 11am unless other arrangements have been made with the owner.
